GTT - GRUPPO TORINESE TRASPORTI

GTT Gruppo Torinese Trasporti SpA manages the urban, suburban and extraurban public transport. Its rolling stock is made of 1300 buses, about 250 trams, 40 trains and an automated metro that connects Collegno to the southern part of Turin (Lingotto), passing through the centre of the city: it is widely used and appreciated by both residents and visitors. Concerning the 'Tourist Services', GTT manages the historic rack railway "Sassi-Superga" and the Mole Antonelliana panoramic lift. It reaches the so-called "tempietto" height of 86 meters from where you can admire a stunning view of Turin and its mountains. The historical tramway line 7 is managed with old green trams and is another touristic attraction for both locals and tourists. Tourist can visit Turin having dinners on the 'Gustotram' and 'Ristocolor' tram enjoying the tour of the center of the town.
